They were extremely patient with me and assisted me at every step. I had been in close contact with Rec unlimited the entire time. After about ten days, I emptied it and refilled it. It was cloudy no matter what I did, what chemicals I used, what filtration mode I had it on (regular, UVC, ozonator). The water wouldn't clear up after filling it.
